Get answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Ganbatte Fitness Gym.

01. How do I join Ganbatte Fitness Center Gym?
Athlete must have at least 6 months of Functional Fitness experience before participating in our GWOD classes. Non-experienced athletes must complete our Fundamentals Program before participating in our GWOD classes.

02. Are your classes open to all fitness levels?
Yes, people of all fitness levels can enjoy our classes. However, for those who are just starting their fitness journey we recommend starting with our Fundamentals Program. Non-experienced athletes may schedule a (Free) 15 minute Virtual Consultation to learn more. Contact us to schedule your Virtual Consultation.

03. I have previous experience. How do I sign up for a Class?
Click the MEMBERSHIP link, choose your class, and sign up directly through Mind and Body.

04. What do I need to bring to my first class?
Sneakers with a flat sole, workout clothes, face mask and a water bottle.

05. Is there free parking?
Yes, park in spaces #4 or Visitor. After 4:30PM you can also park in spaces #7A. Please park in designated areas or exit the back gate to park in the residential area.

06. Do you have any promotions for first time members?
Yes, please contact us to find out more about our current promotions.

07. What is your cancellation/no show policy?
Cancellation/termination request must be made via email to 5 days prior to renewal. If you are in breach of your contract you are to pay a $150 one time fee.

08. Are you open during COVID-19?
Yes, all athletes train socially distanced 7 feet apart. We have excellent Covid-19 cleaning protocols before and after every class.
