Ganbatte Barbell classes focus on Olympic Weightlifting with an aim to improve the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We have found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have a strong foundation in the Olympic Lifts. Ganbatte Barbell classes follow set cycles ranging from Introductory, to more Advanced cycles prepping lifters for competition. Our Ganbatte Barbell classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
